You will build meaningful relationships, maintain clear records, and support clients in daily activities while prioritizing safety and rights. Prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and acceptable MVR preferred.
• Must pass Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and drug test.
• Possess or be able to acquire First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Improve and respect the lives of individuals with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities.
• Assist in implementing individual plans and behavioral goals.
• Update case notes daily with feedback on strengths, skills, and needs.
