Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and support per ISP for individuals.
• Assist individuals in achieving personal goals and outcomes.
• Support activities of daily living and household tasks.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community events.
• Administer or assist with medications as required.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure quality services.
• Promote healthy, safe behaviors.
