You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live safely, build independence, engage in their communities, and pursue personal goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to read, write, and document in English.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of individuals in community-based settings.
• Provide hands-on support to promote independence and daily living skills.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities as needed.
• Document accurately in logs and ISP-related records.
• Offer trauma-informed, person-centered care and follow ISPs.
