Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Red Wing, MN. The role offers $16.00/hour with a possible raise to $16.50/hour after six months of consistent employment, plus a $2,000 hiring bonus.

Afternoon shifts are available. You will provide person-centered care, build meaningful relationships, advocate for individuals, and handle documentation while meeting LSS standards and trainings.

• Ability to read and write in English.
• No education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for your individuals in all aspects of their life, including community engagement and support in essential living skills.
