You will assist with daily living tasks, accompany to appointments, and help them engage in community activities while following individualized plans. Paid training provided; a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff; 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual/developmental disabilities to be active in daily life.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, shopping, appointments, and community activities.
• Follow Individual Support Plans, Behavior Support Plans, and medical guidelines; administer medications as directed.
