Venture Community Services Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to advocate for adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them participate in daily activities and community life.

The role covers household tasks, meal prep, transportation, appointments, and following individual support plans. Paid orientation and training are provided, with a $17.50–$19.00/hour pay rate, a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, and a strong commitment

Responsabilidades

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be active in their lives.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, and other daily activities.
• Assist with medical appointments, banking, community participation, outings, and following behavior/individual support plans.
• Follow medical guidelines and safety procedures; participate in trainings and certifications as required.
