Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with developmental disabilities in our Indianapolis villages. You will supervise clients, promote social skills, and help them achieve personal goals in a supportive, safe setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age to work in our Community Living and Support Services program.
• Provide formal proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid Indiana driver’s license and good driving record.
• No felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Background screening must be favorable to Damar’s standards.
