Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Technician in Indianapolis to provide client supervision and care across residential settings. You may work at the Children's Residential campus or in Adult Group Homes, with structured world-class training to prepare you for the job.

Starting pay is $15.25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, tuition assistance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential program; others 18+ may apply.
• Valid high school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meet insurer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for clients served by Damar.
• Manage crises and promote appropriate social behaviors.
• Support development of daily living, self-help and social skills.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
• Complete required documentation daily in a professional manner.
