Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to work in our Community Living and Support Services program
• High school diploma or GED required
• Indiana driver’s license with a good driving record
• No felonies or disqualifying criminal convictions
• Pre-employment physical
• Background screening clearance required

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of appropriate daily living, self-help and social skills
• Help maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Provide support to clients and community-based goals
• Respond to and manage crisis situations
