Job summary

Damar Services, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Damar Villages.

You will supervise and care for clients, promote positive behaviors, and help them reach their maximum potential in a supportive home setting. We offer weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7:00 am–11:00 pm) with an optional 8-hour shift Mon-Fri, comprehensive training, and a full benefits package including health, retirement, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to provide formal proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid Indiana driver’s license and good driving record.
• Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening.
