Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old.
- High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
- Related experience is helpful.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, individualized care to residents in a residential setting.
- Assist with daily living activities and promote skill development.
- Implement treatment and behavior plans as directed by the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
- Support recreational and community activities for residents.
- Transport residents to community activities and appointments.
- Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings.
