Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Hummelstown, PA. Direct care, assist with ADLs, personal care, mobility, and meal prep. Provide transportation and community support, monitor health and safety, and document progress. No experience required – paid training provided. 3rd shift with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred
• Related experience is helpful.
• Valid drivers License is required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs

Skills
