Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work in Hummelstown, Middletown and Harrisburg, PA. 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11 pm) with rotating weekends; pay up to $17/hr, up to $19/hr with Enhanced Pay option. No experience required; paid training provided to join a mission-driven team.

Responsibilities include direct care, ADLs, personal care, mobility, meal prep, life skills development, documentation, and transportation support as needed. Benefits and flexible schedules accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Related experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with ADLs.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal prep.
• Support life skills development and social skills.
• Provide community support and transportation.
• Promote health, safety and well-being with medication support as trained.
• Complete required documentation and service logs.
