Job summary

The Center for Disability Services in the Capital Region seeks a Direct Support Professional II for residential services. You will join an interdisciplinary team, support daily living, and help individuals pursue independence in a 24/7 environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling with FT/PT/Per Diem, benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement match, and PTO. A NYS driver's license and a high school diploma are required, with lifting requirements up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• NYSDRIVER'S license required; must be at least 18 with ability to lift 50 pounds.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve on planning, implementation, and interdisciplinary teams for residents.
• Promote independence in daily care and activities.
• Support personalized habilitation plans and skill acquisition.
