Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to lead independent lives within their communities. You will provide daily care in a residential setting, support personal goals, and mentor other staff as needed.

This role emphasizes advocacy, teamwork, and dignity in service, with opportunities for growth and professional development in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Active US driver's license from your state of residence.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
