Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. You’ll lead and train staff, support daily living activities, and ensure health and safety in a residential setting.

You’ll implement ISP/Behavior Support Plans, assist with personal care and medications, and help with budgeting while building strong relationships with families and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET is required.
• Active US driver’s license in state of residence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community to build independence.
• Follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans; assist with personal care and med administration.
• Support community activities, accompany to appointments, and maintain documentation.
• Train and mentor other staff; help with budgeting and managing funds.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and uphold dignity and respect.
