Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities/special needs.
• Immunization and health screenings as required by agency policies.

Aufgaben

• Ensure health and safety of consumers per BSP and protocols.
• Mentor entry-level Direct Support Professionals on an ongoing basis.
• Transport and monitor consumers to off-campus appointments and activities.
• Implement individual support plans and engage consumers in activities.
• Complete timely data collection and maintain documentation per policies.
• Report significant events and suspected abuse immediately.
