Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to support individuals with IDD in Narberth, PA, in home and community settings. This field-based role offers flexible scheduling and requires non-exempt status under applicable laws.

You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and transportation while promoting independence and dignity. Strong documentation skills and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: caregiving or direct support experience.
• English proficiency required; bilingual skills optionally.
• Familiarity with EVV systems and digital documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and medication assistance.
• Implement behavior support strategies and monitor health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Support routines, transportation, documentation, and training participation.
