Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work in Home and Community-Based Services settings in Iowa. You will collaborate with supervisors and program staff to help individuals achieve personal goals and participate in community activities.

This entry-level role offers a base pay of $17/hour, flexible scheduling, and full training to ensure confident and capable support. Expect a dynamic, 24/7 service environment with opportunities for advancement and benefits

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• No higher education is necessary; a high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Develop individualized goals and provide direct support focused on teaching skills, independence, and community participation.
• Use approved behavioral strategies to support individuals while respecting rights as outlined by the team and plans.
• Complete accurate, Iowa Code–compliant documentation in Setworks daily.
• Provide hands-on home and community support, including daily living assistance and transportation.
• Administer and document medications per the six rights and follow agency procedures.
