The role requires compassionate interaction, documentation, and adherence to policies to ensure safety and personal growth. The DSP supports individuals to live independently, participate in activities, and attend medical appointments as needed, while maintaining respectful relationships with families

Qualifications

• General Equivalency Diploma or better.
• High School or better.

Responsibilities

• Assist persons supported in daily living and personal care.
• Promote wellness and support participation in community activities.
• Document interactions and progress in a timely manner.
• Adhere to CSI policies, procedures, laws and standards.
