Job summary

I Am Boundless is seeking a dedicated staff member to provide direct programming and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Ohio. You will assist with dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping, and daily living activities while following IP plans and care requirements.

Responsibilities include documenting services, maintaining safety, preparing meals under dietitian direction, and transporting clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and/or dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist in development and implementation of Individual Plans (IP’s).
• Assist in documentation of IP programs and other programmatic requirements.
• Assist in documentation of services performed and maintain inventories of supplies.
• Prepare nutritious meals as directed by the Dietician and maintain food labeling and storage.
