Job summary

I Am Boundless is seeking a staff member to provide direct programming and support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting in IP programs, implementing care requirements, and performing household tasks to maintain a supportive living environment.

The role involves meal preparation under dietician guidance, maintaining food inventories, and ensuring sanitary dining and living areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and support to residents.
• Assist in IP program development and documentation.
• Assist with daily living tasks and housekeeping.
• Prepare meals under guidance of the dietician; maintain food inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions of dining and living areas.
• Transport clients as needed; operate Boundless vehicles or own vehicle.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; manage inventory of resident funds and belongings.
