Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. in Maple Heights, OH is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct programming and daily living support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will assist with meals, laundry, housekeeping, documentation, and transportation, and help implement individual plans under supervision. Must be 18+, HS diploma or equivalent; valid Ohio driver's license; and First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with proof of auto insurance.
• One year experience with intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and daily living support to residents with IDD.
• Assist with meals, laundry, housekeeping, and documentation.
• Help implement Individual Plans and other program requirements.
• Transport clients as needed; maintain safety and cleanliness of living areas.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; manage resident funds as required.
