Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 2 years related experience preferred (or an Associate's Degree with 1 year related experience).
• Valid NY Driver's License.
• Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.
• A strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in daily activities, including health and personal management.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals, recreation, and daily household living.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic treatment environment that supports functioning and minimizes interfering behaviors.
