Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who have mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or related field; excellent communication skills; ability to work in environments with potential exposure to physical aggression and infectious diseases.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and care following person-centered and behavior plans.
• Foster a safe, respectful environment.
• Meal prep and housekeeping support.
• Transport to appointments and advocate for residents.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Remain available for 24/7 care in homes needing around‑the‑clock support.
• Supervise daily living activities and life skills.
