Cardinal Services, Inc. of Indiana is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Columbia City, IN for a full-time, on-site role. This position focuses on helping individuals with disabilities develop social and independent living skills in various settings.

The DSP will assist with daily living tasks, community participation, and documentation of program plans. Training is provided, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance is required.

• Ability to transport individuals safely and work in a Human Services setting with favorable background screens.
• Flexible and traditional work schedules available for full or part-time positions.
• Opportunity to work three days a week with full-time benefits if available for one day on the weekend.
