Job summary

The Chimes, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity and independence. This on-site role offers hands-on care, medication administration, and daily living support in a team-focused environment.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED; disability services experience is welcome but not required as training is provided. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs.
Valid U.S. driver's license with appropriate driving history.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
Assist with personal care including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing.
Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
Administer medications per policy.
Maintain a safe, clean, supportive environment.
Use approved behavior support techniques.
Encourage community engagement and participation.
Some roles may involve travel between Residential and Day programs.
