Job summary

Community Resources for Independence (CRI) is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) in the Lewistown area. You will support individuals with IDD to live independently with dignity and participate in community activities.

CRI provides comprehensive training, flexible shifts, and pathways for professional growth. DSPs earn $18.00/hour and PCAs earn $14.00/hour, with an inclusive, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Must pass background checks.
• Availability to work every other weekend, holidays, and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Support IDD clients in achieving goals from their Service Plan.
• Participate in community activities and social engagements with clients.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities (reading, walks).
• Accompany clients to appointments as needed.
• Attend team meetings to share progress insights.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy home environment with light housekeeping.
