Community Resources for Independence, Inc. (CRI) in Meadville is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to assist individuals with daily living and community integration.

As a DSP or PCA you will support clients with functional tasks, accompany them to appointments and activities, and contribute to a caring team that values dignity, independence, and safety. You will coordinate schedules with client needs in mind, and participate in ongoing training to help

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Must pass a variety of background checks and clearances.
• Availability to work every other weekend, on holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care tasks.
• Get paid to join clients on walks and community activities.
• Attend appointments, shopping, or other errands with clients.
• Help empower people to live independently and participate in the community.
