Job summary

Community Resources for Independence (CRI) is hiring Direct Support Professionals and Personal Care Assistants in the Beaver Falls area to help clients live more independently with dignity.

As a DSP or PCA, you will support individuals with daily tasks, accompany them on walks and appointments, and help empower them to participate in the community. CRI offers flexible schedules, training, supervision, and fellow staff support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Must pass background checks and clearances.
• Must be available every other weekend, on holidays, and on-call rotation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care tasks.
• Get paid to join clients on walks and fun activities in the community.
• Join clients for appointments, shopping, or other errands as needed.
• Help empower people to live independently and be part of the community.
