Community Resources for Independence, Inc. (CRI) in Warren is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support individuals with IDD and elderly clients, promoting independence and dignity in daily living.

The roles offer hourly pay: $18.00 for DSP, $13.50 for PCA, with flexible schedules, training, and 24/7 support from supervisors and staff. If you are caring, reliable, 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, a valid license and reliable vehicle, you can join CRI's

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Must pass background checks and clearances.
• Availability for every other weekend, holidays, and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care tasks.
• Join clients on walks and in community activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or other errands as needed.
• Help empower people to live independently and be part of the community.
