Job summary

Citizen Care Inc., a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with daily living in residential homes across Allegheny County. You will help with personal care, accompany individuals to appointments, prepare meals, and support community involvement.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Reliable means of transportation.
Driver's license preferred.
Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
Act 34 and FBI clearances as applicable.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living in a residential setting.
Help with personal hygiene, bathing, and toileting.
Assist with medical appointments and administering prescribed medications.
Meal preparation and following prescribed diets.
Household chores such as laundry, vacuuming, and dusting.
Support community participation and supervise for safety.
