iHomecare Solutions in Penn Hills, PA, is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional for a full-time role. You will provide direct care in a residential setting, assist with daily activities, meals, medications, and transportation, and help individuals pursue personal goals.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals to activities.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Must complete 24 hours of annual training.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting.
Assist with daily activities, meals, medications, and transportation.
Promote independence and participation in home and community activities.
Develop and implement ISPs and BSPs.
Maintain safety and document required paperwork each shift.
Foster positive interactions and communicate with administration.
Perform household tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and attend trainings.
