Hope Network / Bay Valley is seeking a Direct Support Professional for full-time 1st & 2nd shift in Bay City, Michigan. The role supports individuals to build independence and community integration, with responsibilities across personal care, safety, and daily living activities.

You will monitor health and safety, assist with daily routines, support social and recreational participation, attend medical appointments, and document plans and outcomes.
