Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or required.
• Commitment to scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure safety 24/7 with checks as needed.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
• Communicate consistently and empathetically with individuals served.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community participation.
• Attend medical appointments and relay information to care team.
• Document accurately in care plans and coordinate with professionals.
