Job summary

D.I.C.E Community Residential Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities in homes and community settings. You will promote independence, dignity, and personalized goals.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meal prep, transportation, implementing ISP/PBSP, documenting care, and collaborating with the team. A WA driver's license and a HS diploma are required; paid training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 years or older.
• WA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background check per DSHS guidelines.
• CPR/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and PBSP training provided if needed.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Support meal prep, feeding, shopping, and household tasks.
• Promote independence through life skills coaching and community engagement.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Implement ISP, PBSP, and Functional Assessments.
• Maintain client financial ledgers with regular verification.
• Document care using QuickMAR and DICE systems.
• Assist with medication administration following guidelines.
• Attend mandatory training and participate in team meetings.
