Verland is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide exceptional care at Pine House in Aliquippa, PA. The role is full-time, 40 hours, with a 3pm-11pm shift Monday through Friday and a $20.00/hr wage plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

No experience required—training provided. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, meals, transportation, personal hygiene, and participating in activities; benefits include health, dental, vision, 403b match, tuition reimbursement, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed.
• Must pass background, physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and support for residents.
• Assist with meals, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Record observations and daily progress notes.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities in Verland vehicles.
• Participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities.
