Job summary

Charles Lea Center in Cary, NC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help individuals with disabilities live independently in client homes. You will support daily living skills, personal care, and community activities while documenting progress in Therap.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred (DSP, CNA, PCA, RBT, Med Tech, Caregiver)
• Valid driver’s license
• Social Security number
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to pass required background and reference checks

Responsibilities

Work Location Flexibility:

While this position is assigned to client homes living in our Cary, NC locations, All Direct Support Professionals may be required to work at other Charles Lea Center sites as needed based on staffing and operational needs.

Physical Requirements:
