Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
• No specific experience required; however, the employee must complete two full days of training and orientation prior to working with any client, with one day of training being client specific.

Travel Requirements

• Moderate travel required, including transporting students/clients.
• ACCESS drivers must maintain a valid Driver’s License, current auto liability insurance and registration, a clean driving record, and physical ability to drive to local and non‑local locations throughout Arkansas.
