Job summary

ACCESS Group Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower clients in their homes, families, or community settings. You will create personalized activities and support daily living skills while promoting independence and inclusion.

Two days of training and orientation are provided before working with clients, with ongoing learning opportunities and a supportive, family-like team culture. Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma or GED required.

Requirements

Travel Requirements

• Moderate travel required, including transporting clients.
• Required to maintain a valid driver’s license, current auto liability insurance and registration, clean driving record, and physical ability to drive to local and non‑local locations throughout Arkansas.

Salary

$14.00 per hour.
