ACCESS is hiring a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / Direct Support Professional in Cabot, Arkansas to provide hands-on support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities. No prior direct support experience is required; ACCESS provides two full days of training and orientation, with one day dedicated to client-specific training, so you can start confident.

Part-Time Caregiver / Direct Support Professional

ACCESS is hiring a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / Direct Support Professional in Cabot. A Direct Support Professional, often called a DSP, provides hands‑on support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities.

In this role, you will help individuals build independence, develop important life skills, participate in activities, and work toward personal goals. No previous direct support experience is required. ACCESS will provide the training you need before you begin working directly with a client.

Travel Requirements

Moderate travel is required for this position; this travel includes transporting students/clients. ACCESS drivers are required to maintain a valid Driver’s License, current auto liability insurance and registration, a clean driving record, and physical ability to drive to local and non-local locations throughout Arkansas.
