Homes for Independent Living, a MyPath company, is seeking a Direct Support Professional – Float to support clients across a regional area in Green Bay, WI. You will provide day-to-day assistance, participate in activities, monitor health, and help with meals, light chores, and personal cares as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Personal vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s license for the past 3 years.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
• Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients assisting with day to day tasks.
• Engage in fun activities with clients.
• Health monitoring and medication administration.
• Meal preparation in accordance to dietary guidelines.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with personal cares as needed.
• Redirect client behaviors.
