Homes for Independent Living, a MyPath company, seeks a Direct Support Professional – Float to provide direct care across a regional area. You will follow Individual Service Plans, assist with daily activities, meals, health monitoring, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety and well-being of clients.

Qualifications include being 18+, valid Wisconsin driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Personal vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Wisconsin driver’s license for the past 3 years.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Caregiver background check, TB test and health screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care support to clients across regional programs.
• Interact with clients and assist with day-to-day tasks.
• Engage clients in activities and monitor health and safety.
