Qualifications

• QMAP certification in good standing.
• Background check required prior to employment.
• Ability to follow program-specific routines and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide health and safety supervision and support per individual plans.
• Assist and supervise individuals in taking medications and completing treatments under policy.
• Respond to medical, behavioral, and other emergencies following policy and escalate if needed.
• Complete accurate service documentation, attendance, ISP/program data, and incident reports.
• Transport individuals when assigned and operate STRiVE vehicles safely.
• Provide orientation, coaching, and job-site guidance to staff to maintain program routines.
• Support individuals in vocational/day program activities and community participation.
