Qualifications

• PAID training provided
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Background checks, physical, TB required
• Must regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide varying levels of personal care in community homes
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, transportation, and community engagement
• Dispense medications and support program goals
• Document care accurately and help participants develop independent living skills
• Be flexible to travel to multiple homes in the region
