Job summary

Partnership Resources, Inc. is seeking a Float Direct Support Professional to assist adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in community settings across the Twin Cities/West Metro area.

This part-time role runs Monday–Friday during daytime hours, about 7 hours per day. You will provide substitute DSP coverage, offer job coaching, help individuals meet job expectations, and support daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Reliable personal vehicle required to travel to multiple work sites.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to push/pull/lift 21–50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn basic computer and technology skills.
• Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in community business settings.
• Provide substitute DSP coverage when staff are off for the day.
• Offer job coaching, helping with problem solving, decision making, safety, and meeting job expectations.
• Support individuals to develop skills, achieve goals, and advocate for themselves.
