Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Able to work with Low, Mid and High functioning Consumers.
• License/clearances (e.g., Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background).
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
• Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily activities including meal prep, housekeeping and life skills group.
