Delta-T Group Western Penna., Inc. is seeking Direct Support Aides for 2nd shift opportunities in the Pittsburgh area. This independent contractor role offers $17/hr with flexible part-time assignments (3p-11p or 4p-12mid) and options for weekdays or weekends based on client needs.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, prior direct care experience, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Training and clearances may be required as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Ability to complete clearances (Physical/TB, CPR/First Aid, PA State background).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Experience as CNA/HHA/PCA/DCW or similar roles is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other disabilities.
• Perform light household duties and assist with daily activities including meals, housekeeping, and life skills groups.
