Delta-T Group Western Penna., Inc. is seeking Direct Support Aides for 2nd shift opportunities in Pittsburgh, PA. Independent contractors will provide care to individuals with mental health, autism, and developmental disabilities, with flexible hours and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

Compensation starts at $17 per hour, with shifts available on evenings across multiple days. Applicants should have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and prior direct care experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Ability to work with wheel chairs and hoyers, if needed.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background).
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
• Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including meal preparation and housekeeping.
• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
