Job summary

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Responsibilities include providing direct care, supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, performing light household duties, meal preparation, and daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Able to work with low, mid and high functioning consumers.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Clearances (Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State background) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
• Perform light household duties and assist with daily activities including meals, housekeeping and life skills.
